Membership in Los Angeles Air Force Spouse’ Club is open to the spouses of military members of all ranks from all branches. There are three types of membership: Active, Associate and Honorary.

Active members are entitled to all the privileges and benefits of full membership, including the right to vote and hold office. Active members must be residents of the Los Angeles area who are:

  1. Spouses of active duty military members, or
  2. Spouses of active Reserve and National Guard Members, or
  3. Spouses of active Coast Guard Members, or
  4. Spouses of civilian DoD employees, or
  5. Spouses of retired armed forces members or civilian DoD employees who also retain base privileges, or
  6. Widows and widowers of deceased armed forces members or civilian DoD employees.

Associate members are entitled to all the privileges and benefits of full membership, excluding the right to hold elected office. Associate members must be residents of the Los Angeles area who are:

  1. Adult dependent relatives residing with a Club member, or
  2. Spouses of active members of the armed forces of foreign nations

Honorary members are invited by the the President, with concurrence from the Executive Board, to join the Club. Honorary members have no voting privileges and may not hold office.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are as follows:

E1-E6, O1, or GS1-GS5 $20 $10*
All Others $40 $20*

The membership year is from August through June.
*Half-year memberships are only available to those joining the club mid-year (January through June). No part of the membership dues is refundable.
